Domestic Shipping
All our handcrafted items are shipped from the United States.
Items shipped within the continental United States will be shipped using the United States Postal Domestic Weights and Measures -- unless otherwise noted.

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at time of checkout. All funds are in U.S. dollar currency.

Note: Our merchandizing agent software calculates shipping on a per item basis. If you combine several items in an order to be shipped, the quoted shipping fees may be excessive. If this should happen we will adjust the shipping and handling charges and any excess will be refunded to you.
Large, heavy items meeting the "size requirements" for Postal Priority Flat Rate boxes will be shipped using this method if it is at all possible. Otherwise, shipping for all other items will be calculated using standard U.S. Postal Weights and Measures.
Due to the recent U.S. Postal increase, all items will be shipped "Parcel Post" (7 day delivery) or "First Class" status (3 day delivery). We will ship the least expensive method possible to help keep shipping costs down for our customers.
All items will be shipped these two mail methods unless otherwise noted. Customers may request Priority shipping if they wish.
All items over $5.00 in purchase price will be insured the minimum amount to protect against loss from damage or items that don't make it to their destination due to U.S. Postal delivery.
Items under $5.00 will be shipped with Delivery Confirmation added. Unless requested by the customer, the item will not be insured against damage and "From the Window" will not be responsible for damage to items due to U.S. Postal delivery. All items are packed with the utmost of care to avoid shipping damage.
We also offer next day shipping.
International Shipping
All items shipped outside the United States are subject to current U.S. Postal weights and measures.
International shipping rates are determined by the weight of the package, the country to which the package is being shipped and the shipping priority that is chosen.
International shipments can take up to 8 weeks to arrive at the destination. This shipment time is determined by the method of shipping priority chosen and the length of time held in Customs by the host country. International shipping fees will be determined at the time of purchase or you may email us to request a pre-shipping fee quote.
All International shipments will be sent the lowest priority method unless otherwise requested.
